The Holding Companyy for Tourism and Hotels (“HOTAC”), is an Egyptian joint stock holding company established in accordance with Public Enterprises Law No. 203 of 1991. The purpose of HOTAC, according to its statute, is to take part in the development of national economy in the fields of tourism, hotels, sound & light and other complementary and related economic activities undertaken by its affiliated companies.
Since we are well aware that tourism is the locomotive of development, with which 72 industries are linked, maximizing the national economy, so our mission is to participate in investment and development in the field of tourism in Egypt through the following:
Providing a distinguished tourist product, hospitality services, and accommodation that achieve luxury and comfort for our guests.
Comprehensive development of hotels and tourist facilities to keep pace with the global development in the field of tourism.
Contracting with specialized international hotel management companies that have the highest rating in brands such as (Marriott – Ritz-Carlton – Accor – Movenpick – Starwood – Steinberger – Oberoi).
Creating qualified cadres willing and able to achieve the goals of progress and development.
Developing scientific and practical materials for EGOTH hotel institutes to graduate distinguished cadres.
To be the locomotive of development in the field of hotel, tourism and trade locally and globally.
