The company is considered one of the first Egyptian companies that has been working in hotel & tourism activities since 1955. The company owns the Nile Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Cairo and Hilton Dahab Hotel in Southern Sinai . The company also shares in 5 joint ventures operating in the field of tourism and hotels.

All touristic activities including constructing, buying, managing and selling hotels, summer and winter resorts, casinos and restaurants. The company also enters into contract to utilize, furnish and manage beaches, ports, diving clubs and parks. And is one of the founders of “UNIVERSITE HOTELIERE d’EGYPTE” in cooperation with Ecole Hoteliere de Lausane.

50.016% is owned by the Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels , 20.521% is owned by the government and public sector and 29.463% is owned by private sector.
