The development of the Magawish Hotel also includes about 500 rooms and suites in the first phase, according to the specifications of the company. Managing Rixos International Hotels, with a total investment cost of 1.2 billion pounds, pointing out that the second phase of the village’s development includes the establishment of three hotels as a hotel real estate investment, comprising about 300 hotel suites.
