The project aims to add new capacity to the private beach area of the Steigenberger El-Lissan Hotel, in order to accommodate a larger number of guests and visitors, which certainly aims to increase the profits received from it. The project includes constructing an open-air cafeteria area in the circular courtyard, covered with a pergola and a canopy, constructing and adding bathrooms and locker rooms, finishing them, and equipping them with drainage, electricity, and air conditioning, in addition to restoring and furnishing the walkway connecting the service area and the open-air cafeteria (with marble floors and stairs and a wooden handle along the walkway), as well as increasing and furnishing the places designated for seating. Almost 90% of the project has been completed and it is expected to open during Eid Al-Adha​
