Project data: The usufruct right of the rest house land adjacent to Steigenberger Hotel El-Lisan was contracted with the Armed Forces Land Projects Authority, with an area of ​​approximately 2,050 m2, for a period of 49 years, renewable for another period of the same duration as the current contract with Damietta Governorate. The land and hotel annex will then be transferred to the Projects Authority.
